Bloomback is a Social Enterprise providing preserved floral gifts. In addition, the business also creates positive impact by employing individuals from marginalised communities. Lime Agency worked closely with Bloomback to provide creative and strategic input to their marketing and design team. The ultimate objective was to increase sales, especially during the festive season.
First, together with Bloomback and our dedicated web developer, we worked on revamping the website with a branding uplift and a stronger SEO keyword strategy. This allowed Bloomback team to better identify key differentiators from their competitors, and study the analytics and product sales more efficiently.
Then, Lime helped building the Christmas campaign strategy for their social media accounts. A campaign editorial calendar was planned, and social media ads were running on a daily basis. It was continually fine-tuned and improved on, be it the product SKU or the call-to-action, optimising it for optimum conversions.
