HOW DOES IT WORK?
To ensure a complete success, all stakeholders and decision makers of the project will need to be involved every day for a week – usually for 4 hours on Monday, and 2 hours per day from Tuesday to Friday.
1 WEEK BEFORE
The client should send across their brand guidelines, collaterals and any references they wish the agency to have. We will also send over some questions in advance for you to start preparing for the Monday workshop.
The week kickstarts with a 4 hours brand foundations workshop involving all stakeholders & decision makers to align on the brand, look & feel, tone of voice, positioning and messaging.
There will be a meeting to recap the decisions taken during the workshop, where we will present the first branding directions, usually in the form of logo and business cards. Feedback will be provided by the client on the same day or latest by Wednesday morning.
We will focus on the design direction that has been selected and make tweaks on the designs according to the feedback received. This usually involves colour explorations and image selections. We will present these updated designs towards the end of the day.
On the fourth day, we will usually take this day to work on the rest of the branding collaterals such as letterhead design and powerpoint template. By the end of the day, this will be delivered.
At the end of the week, designs (about 90% completed) will be delivered and the brand is almost ready to be launched. In the following week, we will make final tweaks and deliver 100% of the project.
