Safetynet is a new form of community insurance in Cambodia – giving access to affordable health coverage to entire families and communities. Lime Agence became the preferred partner of this new company to build a full fledge brand identity and to conceptualise content that would appeal to the target audience, as well as educate them on the concept of insurance.
Our challenge was to really simplify the insurance language to help make the brand more approachable, which means we had to use colour-codes to differentiate between product plans and to create design aids such as simple icons to amplify the benefits of the product. The brand environment was built not just based on printed collaterals, but also in the digital phone application to help agents calculate the cost of insurance premiums easily.
The work has proven to be very successful so far, and since then, the insurance company has expanded to provide a bigger variety of insurance plans to suit every need.
